Format of notice  writing 
Students  can apply one format, and they can write many notice of
different categories . 

Rules of
writing a notice

1. . state “NOTICE ” at
the top ..
2 write date on the right of
the  copy
The format of writing  date will be  “Dated 2nd January, 
2021 ”
3.Write  No of the notice on
the left.
Format No………

 Dated the……. ……

4.Write subject  of  the notice . within a bracket .
Format ( Sub………)

5.Body of the notice . In the
notice, a student must use future  tense,  as throughout 
notice, people are notified for upcoming  event. So students  should
write notice in future  tense, it becomes better when the sentences are
used in passive voice.

6 In a notice the students   must mention  the date of the
event,  place of the event and the duration  of the programme .

7.Give a signature  at the
right bottom of the notice.

8.Get your notice counter
signed  by  the Headmaster,  if it is the notice  issued
from some school.
9. Write the notice inbox.

10.Write notice on a full scape
paper.

………(Name of an eminent person)  will adorn the chair of the
chief guest and he will inaugurate the programme . Many items
like……… ( name of the items,  you put the names of the items on the
basis of the programme )  have been included in the programme.

So the students who are willing to participate in the programme are
requested to enlist their names to the undersigned on or before …………….{ put a
date before the commencement of the exam }.Co –operation from is solicited.     Understudies may contact the undersigned,
