Their brains are refreshed by physical activity. It makes them happy. Those who do not exercise are susceptible to a variety of diseases and are unfit for any type of profession. A man in poor health is unable to enjoy life. He is a liability to both multifamily and society. He loses all of his hobbies and joy in life. It’s important to remember that too much of anything is harmful. Exercising is beneficial. However, excessive activity is harmful to our health. All enjoyment stems from good health. As a result, we should engage in frequent physical activity. It keeps the body in good shape.
